Joseph Carley, DPT, is the founder of Reactive Physical Therapy in Cache Valley, Utah. A native of Hyrum, Utah, he earned his undergraduate degree from Utah State University and a Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Rocky Mountain University in Provo. After gaining valuable experience in a rural outpatient setting in Colorado, Joseph returned home to open a clinic that addressed the specific needs of his community.
